Shipping Policy
The Pop’s Blocks sets are shipped in heavy duty boxes due to the weight of the sets. The cost of shipping and handling is determined by the ship to address. Pop’s Blocks cannot guarantee a specific receipt date however, UPS, FEDEX, and USPS all have package tracking available on their website after the purchase has been made. Please check your email for more details.

If you’d like the set gift wrapped and a greeting card inserted into your package that can be accommodated at a nominal additional cost. You can mail us your selection of wrapping paper and a greeting card prior to the set shipping from the factory. This adds a nice personal touch to your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please be assured that every Pop’s Block set has been meticulously scrutinized and examined by Pop himself for defects or manufacturing inconsistencies. However, should a particular piece in the set not meet your satisfaction, please contact us for a replacement. Full sets can be returned however, the purchaser must pay the return shipping costs and a refund will be granted after the set arrives back at the factory and after inspection for damage.

Pop’s Blocks are made from all natural New England White pine and consequently comes with all the natural tree rings, knots and splits normally found in a tree. Should any wood block be found to fall apart due to naturally occurring split within the first year, Pop’s Blocks will gladly replace the broken piece. Other reasons for requesting a replacement piece include a piece losing a naturally occurring splinter, loss of a knot hole or extreme warpage of a plank.
