Pop’s Blocks are made from all natural New England White Pine grown right here in the United States Of America. The blocks are lovingly hand made in a clean modern production environment free from all contaminants. The Pops Blocks are not preserved with any additional materials. The all natural wood is kiln dried at the lumber mill in northern New England.

The blocks will develop small dings and pits over time resulting from the blocks being played with, stacked up in towers, spread out on the floor as a race track or built up to resemble an animal pen. These dings and pits show the intensity of fun and imagination developed by the children and adults alike.

Cleaning - Should the blocks require cleaning, a damp soapy cloth followed by a damp clean cloth and then promptly dried will preserve the blocks for generations of playtime fun. Do not allow the blocks to stay wet for any length of time because as a natural wood product in a natural world, the wood will begin to deteriorate.

Rough Edges – Should a particular block develop a sharp edge or small splinter, 150 to 200 grit sand paper gently rubbed on the offending part of the block should return the block to playtime action.

Warranty – Pop’s Blocks are warranted for a period of one year for the replacement of individual block parts only. Blocks are warranted only for the failure of the wood to split apart due to natural splits in the wood. The blocks are not warranted against dings and dents and splinters due to what occurs during normal playtime. We want to ensure complete satisfaction so we would like to see the condition of the block to insure the correct block is being replaced. Although Pop’s Blocks will replace any block found to be defective during the one year warranty period free of charge, the customer will have to pay for shipping and handling.
Privacy & Safety
Pop’s Blocks are made from all natural New England White Pine wood and are manufactured to precise requirements. Pop’s Blocks by their nature have edges that can cause injury to a child or adult even in innocent play. Injury or damage can happen during any of the following conditions;

Running with blocks in hand.

Running and falling on the blocks.

Falling onto any particular block.

Stepping on a block and losing one’s balance and falling.

Blocks being thrown at other people or pets.

Blocks being thrown at other objects, walls, windows, or furnishings.

Stacked blocks falling on people or pets.
-
Splinters from normal play or from a child placing a block in their mouth.

Splinters caused by pulling one block from another’s hand.

Injury caused by striking another person with a block.

Any other cause of injury anyone can imagine.
Pop’s Blocks will not be liable for any injury or damage caused by the blocks either directly or indirectly. Although any possible injury and damage caused by Pop’s Blocks is highly regrettable and disturbing, the usage of the Pop’s Blocks set should always be under the supervision of a responsible adult to minimize the possibility of such an occurrence.
